Received an invoice?

What it means if you got an email from us.

If you have received an email from InvoicePost, it is carrying a genuine invoice from a business that has previously provided services to you, or your business. That business used InvoicePost to deliver the document to you.

The email was sent with the authority of that business on their behalf, and in their name.

Privacy

How we handle your information.

InvoicePost handles a small amount of information so that we can deliver documents on our clients' behalf.

What we handle
The recipient email address, the invoice being delivered, and delivery information: whether and when a message was delivered and opened.
Why we handle it
Solely to deliver the document on behalf of the business that issued it, and to confirm receipt to that business.
Our basis
We process this information under the Privacy Act 2020 as agent for the business client whose invoice we deliver. We do not sell it or use it for marketing, and information is only held for as long as it is required for the provision of our service.
